Lauren Ash

 

Lauren Elizabeth Ash (born February 4 1983) is an Canadian actress and comedian based in Los Angeles, but originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most famous among TV viewers for her character in Superstore as Dina Fox. Ash is also a graduate at Second City Toronto Mainstage as in addition to Second City Chicago mainstage. In addition, she is half the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She has been an Canadian Comedy Award nominee for the title of Best Female Improviser in 2007 and 2006. In 2012, she was awarded the Best Performance by a Female – Television for Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she was awarded Best Female Performance in a Feature film for her performance in Dirty Singles. Also, she was a guest on the comedy prank show "Scare Techniques". Since 2020, Lauren co-hosts her own podcast, "True Crime and Cocktails" with her cousin, Christy Oxborrow.
